In the wilds of North Dartmoor near the start of the River Tavy
This Caches is within the MERRIVALE Military firing range on Dartmoor. YOU WILL NEED TO ENSURE THEY ARE NOT FIRING BEFORE YOU MAKE THE HIKE. This can be checked on the website www.dartmoor-ranges.co.uk
Again - please ensure you also have appropriate clothing and safety equipment suitable for Dartmoor walking before going for this cache.
The Cache is a small pill container which contains a log book, pencil and a few small goodies. It is extremely well hidden in a small natural hole in a grassy and heathery bank just below the head of the River Tavy
The container is pushed into the hole, down to the right slightly. I have then placed a small stone in front of it. The searcher will have to find the small hole then put their hand into it to find the stone then the box behind.
THIS BOX WILL BE CHALLENGING AND WILL NOT BE FOUND EASILY.
Find the area of 5 small rocks and you will be within 5p
