For an alternative easier and slightly shorter route 'but not so
scenic' start at N52 12.723 W004 22.046. Walk up the lane at the
side of the Penrhiwllan Inn and campsite, then walk through Penrhyn
Farm and follow the footpath sign.
If you are not lucky enough to find off road parking near the
start points, both routes have nearby pay and display car parks. On
the footpath from New Quay to Bird Rock seals, dolphins and
porpoises can be observed and a variety of seabird species such as
Guillemot, Kittiwake and Razorbill.
