This event will be held from 10am to 4pm
This event will be held at Bays Mountain Park in Kingsport, TN. We will be meeting at the shelters. The only catch is, NO GRILLING OR FLAME IS ALLOWED at the shelters. I am not sure whether there is electricity or not. So, to be safe, please plan your food plans around nothing to heat it with. Please bring items that can be brought hot or are good when eaten cold. Please list in your log what you are bringing so that we can plan around that. There will be some temporary caches placed around the shelters for some extra smileys. There are also around 15 caches in the park already, great for group caching or a caching run for some more finds. There are also no dogs allowed at the shelters or in the park. I will be glad to go on a caching run inside the park with a group of cachers after the event to help anyone out.
Please Note: You will have to walk about 150 yards from parking to event. You will need to park at the far end of the parking lot, nearest the ampitheater. The walk will be along paved trails, so it shouldn't be that bad. Just follow your GPS from there. I will have to check, but a $3 entrance fee into the park may be required. Sorry!

Spoons, Forks, etc.
Cups
Chips
Sandwiches
Anything else good that doesn't have to be eaten hot!
PS: Please, if everyone would bring a drink of some kind to the event along with some food, please do!
