Geocache Description:

A nice hike up a short (but sometimes steep) trail in Peters Hill

Peters Hill is in Sherborn near the Natick border. There are parts of this hill (off the trail) which are extremely steep, so please be careful when wandering around. This cache is not recommended for youngsters who might wander off, as they could fall over some pretty steep and rocky hillsides. There is no real “parking lot”, but there are several spots along Coolidge Street for one or two cars to pull over.

While you are at it, be sure to take a peek at the llamas being raised at Iron Horse Farm just down the road on Coolidge Street. I don’t know if they accept visitors, but cars frequently pull to the side of the road to peer at the animals.

Please note: While planting this cache, I stumbled across several small pockets of trash, which of course I bagged up and carried out, especially near the roadway. Please help keep this place clean for everyone by practicing Cache-In, Trash-Out. I will place a few plastic bags in the cache in case you forgot to bring one - let me know if I need to add more bags. Or better yet, bring along one or two of your own and leave one if the supply gets low.
