Well, not really. It is designed to make you stop and remember that you are about to enter the Blanco speed trap! If you don't slow down, not only will you get a tour of this lovely old town but you will become much better acquainted with its criminal justice system and the hefty fines that go along with it! Remember, the speed drops from 65 to 50 in a flash. They will be waiting! This is a park and grab. Log book only. Bring your own pen. Be careful of fast moving motorists!
