The cache is placed in the hub of the rolling hills, beautiful
landscapes, rich soils and lifestyle dream territory of the
Franklin District. Bordered by both the Tasman Sea and the Firth of
Thames, dissected by the mighty Waikato River, Franklin is wide
open spaces and rural community lifestyles.
The cache is 52 kilometres from Auckland central and 97
kilometres from Hamilton. The proximity to these centres provides
an opportunity for the 1.8 million people living within one hours
drive to visit and enjoy the unique atmosphere and service.
