Park at Round Hill Shopping Center. Short walk north up Highway 50. Or find dear trail on west side of 50. Trail head begins on left just inside gate to Round Hill Pines Resort. (State owned)
As long time residents of Lake Tahoe, Nevada, my family wanted to share our favorite view of the Lake and surrounding mountains with our visitors.
A refreshing side trip after locating the cache is Round Hill Pines Resort. Open to the public, food and drinks are very good with a nice beach. Parking is $5. The preferred starting point as well.
