X Almost Marks The Spot Traditional Cache

Boris hid this easy one while driving around killing time waiting for Natasha to call that her flight had landed at McCarran Airport so she could be picked up.
This cache should be relatively easy to find, as most of ours are. The cache CANNOT be accessed directly from I-215 even though it looks like it is very close to the road.
Don't you just hate it when you name a cache X Almost Marks the Spot and then you come back a few months later and the X is gone. Oh well, I guess it's now Almost an X Marks Almost the Spot.
