Black Farm Management Area is located in beautiful and peaceful Hopkinton, RI. Park in the small lot located at N 41° 28.043 W 071° 43.706. It's a relatively easy walk, but be aware that the path and foot bridges can get slippery in wet or icy weather.
This is a regular cache, in a "tupperware" type plastic container. Original contents were: A caribiner calculator, a caribiner pen, a Connecticut College refrigerator magnet, a Norwich (CT) Navigators bat pen and a map of Rhode Island and Connecticut.
If you take the time to explore a little, you'll see evidence of early life in South County.
We've included a disposable camera that we would like everyone who finds the cache to take a picture of themselves with. Whoever takes the last photo should email and let us know. We'll retrieve the camera, develop and post the pictures in the gallery.
PLEASE NOTE: This area is hunted from early October through the end of February. Be sure to wear at least 200 square inches of orange during that time.
