Geocache Description:

This cache is located in the Pisgah National Forest. It can accessed from Forest Service Road 5000 (also known as Wash Creek Rd) from either the Blue Ridge Parkway or North Mills River Campground. On the same trail are several other fabulous caches.

In the general area are several car camping sites. It is also horse and mountain bike friendly. Just off the trail is a beautiful waterfall.

You are looking for an ammo can spray painted gold. It was given to me in honor of my 1000th find.
