Pizza, beer, geocachers, travel bugs, door prizes, air-conditioning
- How could you NOT attend?
Sunday August 21, 6 p.m.
A meet and greet for all San Diego area geocachers and any others
who want to visit. This is a great opportunity to places faces with
names, meet the Old Guard, get introduced to some new area cachers,
and trade war stories.
This informal gathering will be held on Sunday, August 21, 2005,
beginning at 6:00 p.m. at Giovanni's Pizza Restaurant at 9353
Clairmont Mesa Boulevard just off interstate 15.
Sergio, the manager, has offered us a group special of $8 per
person for ALL YOU CAN EAT pizza, salad bar, and soft drink.
Update 8/20 - Sergio says the special is all or none -- so we're
on our own for food and drinks. I think with this size crowd we can
finagle some discounts!!
Bring your cash or credit cards for some great pizza and beer.
Sergio is letting us take over his main area. I stopped by last
Sunday and the place was pretty quiet so we can be as rowdy and
geeky as we want.
Feel free to bring any travel bugs/geocoins for trading.
