BBQ and Get together at 11am Sunday August 14th at Parish Park in Johnstown. Parish park does not have a parking lot, so just park along the border of the park. Event is on the NORTH shelter of the park.
I had a lot of fun in the Capture the Flag game between Colorado Springs and Denver, but man that was a lot of driving and with current gas prices I thought there might be some interest in a game a bit more "North". I also have been wanting to do a event cache for a LONG time so I thought I would combine the two together.
So come on down for a potluck BBQ and talk about your favorite hobby with others. After we have stuffed our faces for a while and are properly sedated, we will have a discussion about starting another competitive GPS game in the area. Maybe something like Capture the Flag, maybe something else. Mostly I want to find out how many Northern Colorado people are interested in such a game and if so what kind of game they would like to play.

I figure we could have the potluck from 11am to 12:30 and game discussion after that. It might help if everyone would post what they plan to bring to the potluck to help others plan. Looks like the weather should be good, not too hot, but no rain either.
