Balayang: Since the cache owner has not responded to the issue mentioned below, I am Archiving this cache.
I will contact the Chief Ranger and ask that the cache be disposed of,
I will also seek advice on what areas in the park are off-limits for geocaching.

This is a tidal-cache on the smaller of the penguin islands. Cache is a yoghurt container, big enough for notebook, pencil and small swaps

Access cache at low tide. Have a play with the crabs and starfish.
