Who would ever expect this building to hold the secret to world's greatest mistery, The Number Mania Cache! Somewhere hidden within the boundaries lies the secret to unveil. Scriptures found earlier on an old Egyptian wall:

What's this? A code. It seems to hold no value at all. But how else would one hide this great mistery? Luckily you've been trained to solve puzzles like this ... right?
Okay, maybe not. Therefore, to solve this big puzzle you need to solve two smaller puzzles. The code has been written on a 6x6 square with 11 randomly chosen empty cells. I've drawn such a square below and numbered the rows and columns from 1 thru 6.
As said earlier, in the above table, 11 squares will be grayed out in order to solve the puzzle. The squares that need to be marked are given in the below table, each row specifying the column number followed by the row number. The letters A thru L are to be solved by unraveling the secret later on.
For example, the first row signifies the square (1,(A)); that is, column 1, row (A).
To mistify the code even more, a translation table is used. Every row specifies the replacement of the first column with the value of the second column. The letters M thru Z will be known after solving the secret.
For example, to decode, every occurrence of 7 must be replaced by answer (N).
Okay, now you've got the tools to solve this mistery once and for all. An encryption like the one in this puzzle relies on a shared secret between two parties; this secret can range from certain bible passages to the constant number of molecules in Napoleon’s butt. This particular code has been based on the answer of nine questions, two of which involve finding missing digits in photos.
- Find the number above the rightmost inside elevator? C = answer.
- What’s the highest floor number? D = H = O = answer.
- The overhead bridge imposes a maximum height of (L)(Y)(B)m.
- What's the breeching inlet number at the carpark entrance (overhead bridge side)? A = answer.
- How many yellow pipes can you spot around the building? R = answer / 2.
- Observe the pink building at the opposite side. W = 6th letter, X = 3rd, 5th or 11th letter.
- Singapore has an uneasy compromise with this element. Z = answer.
Go to the top floor and look for this signboard. As you can see, I left some numbers out. These numbers are part of the secret, like so:
(U)(E) - (U)(G) (U)(N) - (E)(G)
(G)(F) - (K)(A) (K)(G) - (K)(M)
Proceed to the first floor and look for this signboard. Numbers are used like:
(U)(S) - (J)(P) (T)(V) - (Q)(M)
The final process of putting the numbers and letters in the correct order is done by writing them top down, left right into the finished 6x6 square; make sure to skip the grayed out squares. When this is done, the square should be completely full. Now read left right, top down to get to your final waypoint. The cache position is challenging due to the city area, so be patient and try different approaches.
