You must take a boat of sorts to Tanera Mor island. Best choices are: Summer Queen from Ullapool, or Mr. Bill Wilder from Polbain, near Achiltiebuie.
From the ferry-pier, walk about one mile past the tea-room, beyoned the old school-house.
