Along well used horse trail system in park
We have been wanting to place a few more caches in this area. Recently, we attended a pizza event in Cave Junction. One of the prizes was a fully loaded cache container. Well, Duck has a bad rap for winning prizes at the Rogue Valley events. Of course there was a loud moan when he won the cache. There may be a petition going around to not allow him to be eligible for the prize drawings.
We had problems getting good readings in the area of the cache but felt this was the spot we wanted to place a cache. We let the GPSr average for a while to get better readings. The hint should get you to the cache even with marginal readings. When you get in the area look for something out of the ordinary that is visible from the trail.
We parked at 42 49.763N 124 32.770W and used the nearby trail. Hope you enjoy the area
