It is in the outer periphery of Gas Works Park. Be sure to bring some foriegn coins or small currency.

This cache contains cash, specifically foriegn currency and coins in small denominations. Please feel free to browse, replace anything you take with other foreign moola.

Follow the eight sentinels that point to the spot. Enter through the opening at the right. Face the sentinels and reach at average height. It is in plain sight.
