Terrain is somewhat steep right by the cache, and you will need to jump a runoff creek depending on which way you go up. Parking coords: N34 14.903 W 116 59.334.
There is a little climbing involved in this one but just a tad, and a tiny stream to hop over. The parking area is a very large turnout on the way down Highway 18 from Big Bear Lake. There are some rather large dirt birms in the turnout area you will need to go around or over. You will need to use your geosense on this one as the gps readings bounce a lot here. You may need the clue to get this one depending on the satelites on the day you try it. The day I planted it I completely lost all satelites all the way out to the parking area. New coords are posted above, as I finally got a good reception day. Have fun, and remember, you need an adventure pass when parking in the San Bernardino National Forest.
