Geocache Description:

Sunrise Side Special Places

This cache is part of the Sunrise Side Special Places series. Each cache in this series will be found in out of the way parks and other no fee public recreation areas on the Sunrise Side of Michigan that you might otherwise just drive right by.

This cache is located in Blair Park at the end of Blair St. in Alpena. There is a pier that goes into Lake Huron near a sign telling about the Thunder Bay Underwater Preserve, one of the nation's most historically significant collection of shipwrecks. The preserve was established in 2000 and contains hundreds of shipwrecks that are preserved by the cold, fresh water of Lake Huron.

You are looking for a small, clear .3 qt plastic container.
