Located near a business that is open 24/7/365.

Take a break from the summer heat and get a few caches in then go to the beach.

You are looking for nano guts with a log sheet only. It is in an extremely high muggle area that can be accessed 24 hours a day. Late evenings and early mornings are probably the best times to miss the muggle traffic.
