The locals call it Scout Mountain but on the topo maps it's called
Powell Hill and a large hill it is. Up top you get some of the
nicest views of Wildwood, Vancouver Island, Harwood Island, Texada
Island, and Powell Lake.
Park at the trail entrance located at:
N49 54.254 W124 33.885
It takes about an hour to get to the cache, steep grade. No bush
wacking required and walk around not over or through. Once you find
the cache walk in the same direction for another 20 minutes till
you get to a bench, sit and enjoy the vista.
