This cache is located just off a trail at a local park and boat access ramp. Be sure to follow the typical park hours rule. Also be prepared to pay a fee on weekends. The plus side is you can bring the boat and enjoy the lake, bring the picnic basket and grill some lunch, watch the kids play on the equipment, or even have a game of volleyball in the sand. Let's say, you don't find the cache, it still has the potential to be an "awesome" time.
The container is a metal tin painted green. It is filled with items for the family GEO-PET and its lazy stay at home counterpart...and by that I mean "the CAT"!!! Please exchange like items, minus any snacks or rawhide chews cause there are signs of racoons about. There may be a little climbing involved but it is hardly worth mentioning unless you are wheelchair-bound, thus the higher terrain rating.
