This cache is a log only micro. Bring your own pen. How long it takes to find will depend on the cacher.
This could fall under the YAPIDKA category. This is a very small park with picnic tables. This is almost the exact opposite if the original "Where's Your Picnic Basket" (and alot cleaner too). This one is easy to get to the spot where it is, but hard to find once you are there. There may be muggles in the area walking their dogs, so stealth may be required. Happy hunting. Hopefully you won't need all the king's horses and all the king's men to help you find this one.
