An old castel close to "La Charité-sur-Loire" in Burgundry (France).
The cache is a plastic box.
Ici vivait Perrinnet-Gressard !
Un vieux chateau près de la Charité-sur-Loire en Bourgogne (France).
La cache est constituée d'une boite en plastique.
A quelques lieues de la frontière naturelle et historique que forme la Loire entre pays Nivernais et Berry se dressent les ruines d'un château médiéval.
Passées dans l'oubli depuis plus de quatre siècles, elles furent au coeur des tourmentes de la Guerre de Cent Ans grâce au célèbre routier Perrinet Gressard qui en fit un bastion avancé de la défense de la Charité sur Loire.
Ayant subi les outrages du temps, mais aussi et surtout des hommes, il ne reste aujourd'hui de l'ancien château-fort que la facade principale avec son donjon, cachés et menacés par une abondante végétation.
Certains promeneurs ne voient dans cette vieille muraille qu'un tas de pierres, inutile et encombrant.
D'autres, plus curieux, se demandent quelle en a été son histoire, qui y a vécu, et pourquoi cette batisse encore imposante a subi de tels dégats.

With a few miles of the natural border and history which form the Loire between Nevers-native country and Berry draw up the ruins of a medieval castle.
Passed in the lapse of memory since more than four centuries, they were in the heart of the storms of the One hundred Year old War thanks to the famous Perrinet Gressard who made of it a advanced bastion of the defense of "Charité sur Loire".
Having undergone the time but more especially ravages of humans, it remains today of the old castle only the principal frontage with its keep, hidden and threatened by an abundant vegetation.
Certain walkers see in this old wall only one heap of stones, useless and cumbersome.
Others, more curious, wonder which in was its history, which lived there, and why this still imposing masonry underwent of such dégats.

Le chateau est une propriété privée détenue par un japonais mais qui n assure pas l'entretien, d ou la vegetation qui pousse. Il y a desormais un message d avertissement en ce sens ( cf photo )

J 'ai déplacé la boite à quelques metres afin de perenniser la geocache , avec un nouveau spoiler + nouvelles coordonnées ( toujours boite small )

The castle is private property owned by a Japanese but which does not ensure the maintenance, or vegetation that grows. Henceforth there is a warning message to that effect (see photo)
