Geocache Description:

This cache is on a reasonably steep hill, and is accessed over a fairly tricky style.

Located to the west of the village of Ovingdean this is an easy cache to find.

Originally set by The Goaties, this was adopted by the Saltdean Seekers on October 2 2005, when the Goaties emigrated to New Zealand. Good Luck in your new life, Goaties!

The Church of St Wulfrans is nearby and is worth a look if open - it dates from the 11th century and has a beautiful painted ceiling.

You could park in a variety of places to access the cache: near the Church of St Wulfrans, the small car park near the entrance to Roedean school or if you want a long walk then park near the racecourse at the top of Woodingdean.

The Goaties called the cache 'Fishy Wish' so perhaps consider bringing something 'fishy' to swap - but that is far from essential!

PLEASE NOTE: This cache is in a very exposed location - you will see what we mean when you find it! Please return the cache to its hiding place and ensure that the cache is left level, so that rainwater does not get chance to enter. Many thanks!
