Turtle Alley Cache Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

NorthernKnight: I've been unable to find a suitable location that solves the muggles issue in this area and avoids the flooding issue as well. For those reasons i've decided to archive this cache.

Geocache Description:

This is a standard cache in one of Rusty's .50 caliber ammo cans. I just moved to Queensbury so I placed this one close to home.

You can park at the Feeder Canal Park lot and enjoy the walk (about a half-mile I believe) along the gravel path and do the Canal cache in the same trip or if you're real lazy you can park at Haviland Cove and have a very short walk.

The cache is in the woods but not far from the trail so beware of others around you and please rehide the cache at least as well as you found it.

This one is chock full of goodies to celebrate the surrounding area. it includes the logbook and things like an Adirondack Frostbite T-Shirt, a Frostbite mug, some IceHawks Cheer Stix, a pocket pack of Scotties Tissues (made here in Fort Edward!), and other assorted goodies including something really hot for the first finder!
