STONE HEDGE Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

TheMurrayFamily: [xx(] Sadly, this cache has fallen victim to progress. The area has been dug up and the cache has been destroyed. [:(]
This was our first cache, so it is with a heavy heart we bid fairwell to it. However, we shall be putting another out there, in a different location, hopefully well out of harm's way.

Sorry to those who may have lost Travel Bugs/Coins as a result of this loss.

Geocache Description:

An easy 15 minute walk from parking at Southland Park.

Not built by ancient druids, the "stone hedge" should be pretty obvious once you find it. We wanted to put some fun things in as well as some more practical items. The cache is in a plastic, rectangular tupperware container sealed in a large plastic bag. When placed, it contained:

A small egg-laying rubber chicken (for First To Find)
A fighting pen
Tire pressure guage
"Money" ball (no real money, sorry)
A roll of stickers
A brass padlock with keys
A clipon sports watch
A horseshoe magnet
A small bag of sparklers
A maple leaf badge
A small magnifying glass

and, of course, a log book with a red pen, cache note and cache site label.
