Perham Creek Bridge Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

Mayfly22: The poison oak is taking over the trail, the bridge is in two pieces and there are lots of blow downs making the travel difficult at best. I think it will get moved to a more user friendly location.

Geocache Description:

A nice walk of about a mile with an elevation change of about 250 feet.

I saw this one mentioned in Curious Gorge and finally made the trek. It is nice walk from the Mitchell Point rest area down the Weygant Trail to Perham Creek. Follow the sign down to Perham Creek and don't take the Chillwoot trail. This is an excellent spot to soak your feet in Perham Creek. Maybe I should change my name to Longfellow.
I don't think there has been any maintenance on this trail for quite a while but it is still very passable and easy to follow.
Cache is a 7.62 ammo can with lots of goodies. The Dolly Llama TB and a Geocoin are included.
