Geocache Description:

This is the first in a series of two caches in the MacLellan's Mountain/Brookville area of Pictou County.

This cache is an easy find in Kirkmount, near the cemetary and the old church. There is space enough to park one car at the gate of the cemetary. There are well defined trails around, so no serious bushwhacking is necessary. The last 20 metres are over uneven ground with many windfalls and small trees, but if you work around them rather than try to plough straight through, you'll be fine.

The cache contains (among the usual things) a bunch of sheets of paper explaining a strange alphabet. This alphabet is used in the second cache of the series. The container itself is a dark green 9mm ammo can.

Please do not mention the name of the alphabet in your online log, but feel free to sign the cache's logbook with it!

Please return the container to its original location, standing upright and secured by the rock (I've had no end of trouble with this in the past). Also, please state in your online log whether or not you took a sheet, so I'll know when to re-stock them.

Enjoy!
