On the way to Nehalem Bay State Park, this cache is quick and great for the kids. I gave a terrain rating of a 2 only because the hike is through sand, which can be tricky. Otherwise, it would be a 1.
There is a small gravel pull-off spot that holds 3-4 cars where you can park. If you are lucky, you might spot elk or deer in the area. On a clear day, the view to the East is wonderful. It's a nice private area, so, enjoy.
Cache is a large plastic green ammo can.
