Easy day along the Erie Canal and Bushnell's Basin.

Bushnell’s Basin Birthday Party In honor of my excellent friend, practice partner and fellow geocacher, Dr. C., we bring you a Bushnell’s Basin Birthday Party. If you have someone’s birthday you would like to celebrate, why not do this Geocache complete with Cake, ice cream and a party favors? Your choice of the order, should it be presents first or cake first? For cake and ice cream. Park at N 43.03.737 and W077.28.713 There you will have your selection of two fine shops to choose between hot beverages and cake on a cold day and cold custard and ice cream on a hot day. You can sing happy birthday then or when you reach the cache. The party in a cache. (or a green ammo container) Park at W 43.03.791 and W 077.28.098 It is just a short walk to the cache is located at W 43.03.783 and N 077.28.070 Bring a blank birthday card and address it to the next geocache birthday boy or girl. There are several blank ones in there already to go to Dr. C… Play time at the lovely park across the street from the parking lot. Take the travel bug to several birthday parties…
