This cache stated as a micro from the Wacky Races seed cache but grew up during GW5 into a full sized ammo can. Thi cache is located in Horseshoe Farms Park in NE Raleigh.
Every Wacky Racer needs a little luck and this cache provide just the environment you may be looking for.
Nothing is luckier than a horseshoe. Horseshoe Farms Park is located on 146 acres of old farmland in NE Raleigh that was acquired by the City of Raleigh in 1994. The name is derived from the horseshoe bend in the Neuse River that encompasses this park. Current plans are to convert the open fields into ball fields, parks and perhaps gymnasiums. (But let's hope not.)
Please note that the park hours are dawn to dusk.
** Update - 5/19/07 This cache has been changed to a regular size and the coordinates shifted slightly to accomodate the new container. Previous finders are allowed a second smiley.
