The Seckington Stump Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

Hillhappy1: It would seem people prefer a micro cache and dash rather than a brain teaser. Archiving due to lack of interest by cachers, lack of time and inclination.
Hanging up the GPSr to persue other interests.
Will remove my geo clutter from sites when i get the time.

Geocache Description:

Named after the nearby Village, this cache lies close to both Seckington and Shuttington. The terrain is easy enough for 95% of the way but the final cache site is more challenging. Parking on the road is limited but can be found. Please do not park in the lane. The track is used by the farmer.

The cache itself is in a green plastic tool box which generally blends in well with background and is waterproof. This is a traditional cache hidden just off the footpath in the "New Covert". It is well hidden at about chest height. There are stingers and brambles in the wood so leg protection is best. The path and wood may be a tad muddy in the Winter months, but in the Summer are fine. The lane is generally very quiet so you should not get muggled but please make sure the cache is as well hidden when you leave as it is now. Tree cover may be a problem in the Summer but i got co ordinates to within 20 ft.
