Another cache in the confines of the New York Fairgrounds at the Syracuse Microd Clubs own race track!
This is how some of todays biggest names in auto racing got their start as kids.
Racing microds and another type of race car called a 1/4 Midget. Before you think this is just some kids with a 3 horsepower lawn mower engine....you'd better think again!.
Check out the local schedule at www.syracusemicrodclub.com, bring along a folding chair (bleachers are available)and a little curiosity, you may be very suprised at what some of these kids can do. These kids can curl your hair for free. As always, its a totally free family evening!!!!
You may think Mario is a Nintendo character...But Mario Andretti was one of the greats at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway....and it all started out on a track just like this!!!
