This multi-cache is located in the vicinity of a National Forest Campground. Parking at the first site is not a fee area. For the second stage you can park at a nearby parking area.
Our children loved to explore in this area and camp at #6 when they were young. The coordinates should lead you to a camo-covered pill bottle that contains coordinates for the main cache, an ammo box with trinkets to trade and a log book. If you have time do a little exploring around the area. The beach, a short walk along the northeast side of the lake, is wonderful for swimming or watching the sun set. Further beyond the beach is an impressive stand of old Hemlock trees.
