This cache is found within the Wilson Rose Garden. Gather information from two quick steps for the final coordinates.
#1 Stage #1 brings you to the main entrance. On the sign for the Rose Garden take note of the number of roses. This number will be A.
#2 Stage #2 is at a fountain. Look for a plaque on the ground. Note the number of donors listed. This number will be B.
