Are you puzzled? I am.
This is a fun 4 stage multi-cache for the whole family. Many of
the hides are difficult but with the clues you will find them
easily. If you are looking for a fun challenge DON’T DECRYPT THE
CLUES. The clues are very specific because the little ones hate
waiting for parents to find the cache. First 3 containers are of
varying sizes. Final is a well stocked 50 cal ammo box oriented to
the kids. Stealth is a must but the final will give you some
privacy.
Best way to do this cache:
If you have Energy: Walk or bike from stage 1 roughly 5 miles
round trip on mostly paved trails, there are some long hills. Stop
by “The Old Fire House”, now a park honoring volunteers in
Middlebury, and the Zzzzzzz… cache along the way to stage 2. The
Pooh Cache is also close by.
If 5 miles is too long: Drive and park at stage 2. Walk or bike
the rest roughly 1 mile round trip. The Pooh Cache is close by.
If you are a couch potato: Drive to all 4.
Terrain for stages 1,2,3 is a paved bike/walking path. Terrain
for stage 4 is 1.5.
Stage 3 is under cover… coordinates bring you to the entrance.
No need to search around outside.
Please be careful to replace the caches completely … you will
understand why.
