Geocache Description:

The cache is located in historic Camp Roosevelt on the Katahdin Scout Reservation. Please stay on the main roads/paths until you enter into the Council Circle. The sign for the Council Circle is down for repairs, but the site itself is open.

The cache keeps disappearing during scouting events, but the site of the cache is still a great find. I don't know how to change this to virtual cache, but you should probably plan on this as being one. The site is worth visiting for the views, and also for watching your GPS unid do some wild gyrations.
