Geocache Description:

If a tree falls in the forest and no one's around, will the cars in the cache make a sound?

The cache is a .50cal ammo can, with a log book, lots of cars, and other types of vehicles inside. There is also a pinball game as a first to find prize. We saw tons of millipedes and beautiful mushrooms on the way in.

This cache is located nearby to Black Lake. If coming by land take Alamogin Road, which can be reached from Co Rt 3 just outside of Hammond. If coming from another part of the lake, you can pull your boat in near N44.27.212 W075.38.575. Although it is a considerably longer hike, the road will take you most of the way there. If by land, there is a clearing next to the road to park at on the way in at N44.26.605 W075.39.267. We walked just a bit further down the road and headed into the woods at an animal trail. We followed animal trails all the way in.

gwendy & yester's parents (tonkavette & lovebug) are local for most of the caching year and willing stop by should any problem befall the cache while the rest of us are at home (being unretired).
