Geocache Description:

Near Carlson Bay on Anderson Island, this area is a marine park accessible by boat in the Nisqually Reach, or from Andy's Marine Park on the island.

Carlson Bay, also known as North Bay, is one of the few public beaches on Anderson Island. It is also part of the Washington Water Trails, with a campsite available on the beach.

Access from Anderson Island is through the Andy Anderson Marine Park. The trail is approx 3/4 mile to the beach, with four other caches by the time you hit the beach. The last few feet to the beach can be a bit muddy, but the ground is firm. The tide likely won't be a problem, unless it's very high. You can check the tidetable here.

The cache is in a decon container. No need to be standing on anything but gravel when you find it.
