Cache is a 1.1L Lock and Lock container. Good boots required, walk can be deceptive!
Cache is situated just of the Cateran Trail on the high ground to the south.
An Lairig (The Pass) was a popular ambush spot for the Caterans to attack and steal the cattle being drove through the pass. The Caterans would then disappear into the glens.
Cache is at approx 685 metres weather can change very quickly please make sure you have the correct gear for a day in the hills.
Parking available at either Spittal of Glenshee Hotel or Enochdhu.
Dogs should kept on lead as sheep are on the route.
