This cache is located along Route 9 in Upper Jay, NY. Route 9 is a very scenic road and the Ausable River meanders along the side of it. There are plenty natural "swimming holes" along this route. The beauty of the Adirondacks is enhanced by the many charming little villages that you pass. This road is used during the Lake Placid Triathlon as part of the bike course. This cache-and-dash is child friendly and wheel chair accessible.
This cache is an ammo box filled with an assortment of trinkets. "Live Strong" bracelets, stickers, pins, super balls, band aid containers, and tattoos. ENJOY! There is also a small first-to-find gift.
