Highway 404 at Maryland/Delaware state line.
Pull off the highway into the gravel parking area to view the lookout tower, which is benchmark HU1980. You may enter the fenced in area at the base of the tower as the gate has been taken off ---- but be aware of the large VULTURES roosting above! The small cache, a vitamin pill bottle which contains log, pencil and a few small items, is located nearby-- outside the fence.
