Felix the Fearless is the head of the Fraggle Rock Rescue Squad. He is not very bright, has a habbit of misplacing things, and is almost completely useless.
You are searching for a micro sized cache on a mega sized structure. Before placing this cache, Felix did get permission from the authorities. Please, be respectful.
