Geocache Description:

Located along the shores of Gander River. This cache can easily be accessed from the Pumphouse Road in Appleton (driving or walking), or for the more adventurous, you can bike or hike along the tracks and then follow the trail down to the river on the ski trail (N48 58.707' W054 51.745' starting point.)The trail down is fairly steep, you might not want to bike back up! We didn't and chose to go on foot instead once we got partly down the trail.

This cache is a white tobacco container hidden in a treed area not far from the river.

The contents include a bungee cord, a small bungee cargo net (great for on a kayak deck), a halloween tape, key chain, a small bird, plastic lion and insect.
