This is a film canister cache, hidden in the castle of Methoni. The castle closes in the evening, but in the morning entrance is free. You will need to search a bit to get close to the cache, as several passageways and tunnels link the areas of the castle and it may not be obvious which is the one to follow. Once you get to the coordinates, look inside the western-most opening of the castle wall. The canister is located inside the opening, in a hole on the right-hand side. It is hidden with a couple of rocks, please make sure to hide it well after logging your visit. And be sure to allow yourself at least one hour, maybe two, to go around the castle and admire the view!
Note: From April 2016, there is an entrance fee to the castle of 2 euro.
Small note on cache maintenance: This cache is located close to Christina's grandparents holiday house. Christina and I visit several times a year, maintenance would not be a problem,
