Green ammo can with Geocaching label on the exterior. See note for original contents.
Hazzards include Prickly Pear Cactus (blooms in June), muddy/impassible if it rains, Western Rattlesnakes (rare). When dry the mud is like rock. I parked off the road and my truck didn't even leave a tire mark.
SMART PHONES: The only DNF this cache ever received was an attempt made with an iPhone. Smart phones, unlike a regular GPSr, use nearby WiFi Sites and Cell towers to aid in position location. Nether of these is available at this cache. What your left with is a weak GPS with a comparatively poor antenna system as compared to a regular hand held GPSr. Add in the topography of this cache site and failure becomes likely. Attempting this cache with a smart phone is not recommended.
PLEASE don't drive to the base of the cliffs and damage the vegetation!
