La cache se trouve au sommet du cratère du Puy du Pariou. Pour y arriver, vous pouvez vous garer à gauche avant d'arriver au col des Goules en arrivant de Clermont (N45°48.223 E2°58.930) puis marcher jusqu'aux coordonnées de la cache. Une heure aller-retour sera nécessaire. La boite est cachée au sol.
Le cratère du Puy Pariou est particulièrement profond et impressionnant. Les tous petits points blancs au centre de la photo sont des personnes ! Respectez cette nature extraordinaire. Vous serez sans doute tentés d'y descendre. Vous pourrez aussi continuer la promenade vers le Puy de Dôme. Dans ce cas, il faudra y consacrer presque toute la journée.
The stash is placed on the top of the crater of the Puy Pariou. To go there, you can park on the leftside of the road before reaching the "Col des Goules" coming from Clermont (N45°48.223 E2°58.930) then walk up to the coordinates of the stash. You will need more or less 1 hour for the walk (go and return).
The crater of the Puy Pariou is particularly deep and amazing. The little white points in the middle of the picture are people ! Respect this extraordinary nature. If you want you can walk down the crater or you can also continue the walk towards the Puy de Dôme. In this case, you will need nearly the whole day.
