PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE DISCRIPTION BEFORE HEADING OUT TO FIND ANY CACHES IN THIS SERIES!
The cache is hidden inside the Art and Architechture building. YOU MUST GO INTO THE BUILDING TO FIND THE CACHE. IT IS NOT HIDDEN OUTSIDE!
The coords will take you to the east entrance of the building. You can enter from any entrance though. Entering from another door will not hinder your hunt.
Update 6/20/2022- During the summer, building has been locked on the weekends.
After entering the building walk toward the center of the building you will find 3 yellow conduit pipes. This will be GZ!
The container is magnetic, so you shouldn't have much trouble locating where it should be. However, you may have trouble retrieving it without being seen.
While you are here, take some time to peruse the various art projects on display or new ones being constructed. The Ewing Gallery is also housed here, so if you have time, it is worth taking a look. Admission is free.
The building is open 7 days a week, usually between 7a-11p.
It’s best to enter from the East end of the building near parking off Volunteer Blvd. Keep in mind the side entrence metal doors under the stairs is an option on this end.
DO NOT park in any of the Staff or Commuter parking lots if you come before 5pm, M-f. You WILL get a ticket. Visitor parking is provided on Volunteer Boulevard but park in designated visitor parking.
If you come after 5pm on a weekday, during school breaks, or on the weekends, you may park in any commuter or staff lot, unless otherwise posted, or an event/home football game is going on.
Feel free to email us prior to your arrival and we will be happy to give you advise on where to park
If you come up empty, post a DNF, then email us for a hint.
FYI: the pretzels are real good....and soooo close..
