Ilmavalvontalottien muistokätkö - Memorial cache for air control women.

Kansallismaisemakätkö

Aaslan Karhuvuorella on sota-aikana ollut ilmavalvontatorni, jossa Rymättylän nuoret naiset tarkkailivat vihollisen lentoliikennettä sekä talvi-, että jatkosodan aikana. Rymättylän kunta ja Rymättylä-seura ovat yhteistyössä v.2004 rakentaneet paikalle alkuperäisen tornin mukaisen uudistornin. Paikalle pääsee kiipeämään rappusia pitkin, nousu on kuitenkin rankka. Kätköä on vaikea löytää paksun lumen aikaan.
During WW2 young women voluntarily controlled the enemy´s airplanes from the air control tower located here at the top of Karhuvuori hill. The tower is now rebuilt. The stairs lead up to the hill. You may not find this during snowtime.
Edit: Tämä kätkö on omistettu jo manan majoille menneelle isoäidille, joka toimi sodan aikana rintamalla ilmavalvontalottana - This cache is dedicated to one deceased grandmother who served as air control volunteer at the frontline during the war.
